Orive Service Usage Data

During your use of Orive, we collect personal data that may include:

Information about your type of Orive Subscription

Interactions with Orive (date and time of request, songs, playlists, videos etc you watched)

Interactions within Kodi (usage data on songs, playlists, videos etc you watched)

Technical data (IP address, type of device used, unique device attributes, network connection type, language, operating system and Orive application version)

At Orangeivity Ltd, we use technical service providers which may operate the technical infrastructure that we need in order to provide the Orive Service.  Such providers host the Orive application and the data it processes.

At your request we will delete or anonymise your personal data unless we are allowed or required to maintain certain data e.g. for legal, tax, audit and accounting obligations, or to handle any unresolved issues or disputes on your account.

Orangeivity Ltd is commited to protecting our users’ personal data. We implement technical and organizational measures to help protect the security of your personal data.  However, we should note that no system is completely secure.

We encourage you to use a strong password in order to better protect your account and to log out after using the website.

Children’s data

The Orive Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 years.  If you under 13 or the applicable age limit in your country, please do not use the Orive Service and do not provide any personal data to us.

If you are a parent of a child and become aware that your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us.  We will take reasonable steps to delete the personal data and the Orive account for that child.
